ABOUT LIZ

I Write For the People Who Are Tired of Pretending They’re Fine.

The over-functioners. The exhausted high-achievers. The people carrying too much for too long.

The ones everyone depends on. The people quietly surviving on autopilot while trying to hold everything together.

Because I know what that feels like.

And for a long time, I thought constantly being exhausted was just part of being “successful.”

I worked in high-pressure corporate environments where stress was normalized, overworking was rewarded, and slowing down felt almost irresponsible.

Like a lot of people, I became incredibly good at functioning while depleted.

WHY I WRITE ABOUT BURNOUT, BOUNDARIES & RESETTING YOUR LIFE

Because too many people are surviving lives they don’t even recognize anymore. We live in a culture that constantly glorifies overworking, constant productivity, being available 24/7, pushing through exhaustion, and sacrificing yourself in the name of “success”.

And people are paying for it with:

  • their health
  • their peace
  • their relationships
  • their identity
  • their lives

My work exists to challenge that. Not with fake positivity. Not with impossible routines. Not with “just think positive” advice.

But with truth, practical tools, and real-life resets.

My Books

My books explore what happens when people spend too long disconnected from themselves.

Some focus on burnout and over-functioning. Others explore travel, emotional reset, and stepping away long enough to breathe again.

At the core of all of them is one message:

You were not meant to spend your entire life exhausted.

Escapes or Renew: Can Traveling Do Both?

My first published book explores the emotional side of travel—how stepping away from routine, noise, pressure, and constant responsibility can create clarity, healing, and perspective.

Because sometimes travel isn’t about escaping your life.

Sometimes it’s about reconnecting with yourself again.

Burned-Out? F*ck the Hustle

The No-B.S. Reset Series

This book was born from a simple but uncomfortable truth: a lot of people are mentally exhausted and emotionally overloaded—but have been taught to normalize it.

This book is blunt. Honest. Real. And intentionally written without fluff.

Because burnout doesn’t need more sugarcoating.

What I Believe

I believe:

✓ rest is not laziness

✓ boundaries are necessary

✓ success should not cost you your health

✓ people deserve lives outside of productivity

✓ slowing down is not failure

✓ travel can be deeply healing

✓ burnout is not a personality trait

✓ constantly sacrificing yourself is not something to aspire to

And I believe people deserve permission to stop surviving and start living again.

Outside of Writing...

You'll usually find me:

Because I’m still learning too. And honestly?

That’s part of the point.
